  • Sunshine Home, located close to the Raggio di Sole Gardens and few minutes walkable distance from the famous Arena, is a spacious and bright apartment on the third floor of a building with a lift and parking place.

    Thanks to its central position, it's easy to reach all the main attractions.

    It consists in a living room with kitchenette, table with chairs, sofa and satellite TV, two large double bedrooms both with TV, a bathroom with shower and three small terraces.

    The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, independent heating, wi-fi and washing machine. No dishwasher.
