The hotel self was nice and the staff were very friendly. They gave me tips etc. And helped me through my stay. The shuttle bus was very convenient when you travel via MXP. They will pick you up when you arrived. My room was very spacious and clean! With all the amenities. The restaurant was sublime and friendly staff. I would recommend you to get your dinner here. Traveling to the city is better with the train to Milano Porta Garibaldi. When you are there you can pick the tram, metro or bus...

The property is around 20 mins walk from nearest station and it's difficult to get taxis or Uber especially late evening and night.

All the staff were fantastic and they made us feel welcome. If we difficulty in getting to some destinations, they came to our aid. When we had problem with our hair dryer and electricity the responded immediately. They were just brilliant!!

Except from being distant to city center everything was perfect. Better to have car or plan ahead transportation

Fantastic hotel and stay

Closest to Malpensa Airport terminal 2, but only a 5 min drive to Terminal 1. A nice little hotel to stay at if you’re flying out early the next day.

Our stay at Hotel Ungheria was great! Good room with airco, facilities, great breakfast and excellent helpfull service throughout. A spotless and very well run family hotel. Varese itself is lovely, as well as centrally located, especially if you like to travel by public transport. Milan, Como, Lugano and more are nearby, including Lake Varese (cycle lane around it), Villa Panza and Sacro Monte. Fully recommended.

This hotel is beautiful😊, i was picked up by their shuttle service late so it was dark, driver had room keys and dropped me outside my room😊 In the morning you can see the beauty of this hotel surrounded by trees, staff were all great, shame it was a quick over night stay as getting a flight from Malpensa, would love to stayed longer at this hotel

Great stop over. Clean, quiet and spacious room. Very convenient for the airport and also train/bus to Milan. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Sirio Hotel for a few days. The hotel is at Dormelletto, which is near to Arona on Lake Maggiore. The hotel is lovely and we were given a room which had a lake view. The room had a small outside terrace area which had plants on each side giving privacy from the rooms either side. The room was a good size with a comfy bed and a private bathroom. went out to stresa for my birthday as had never been for a short break. easily reached by alibus or train to stresa itself. great location, so beautiful loads to see and do. boats so easily available to taxi you about to other resorts on lake but so glad to of stayed in stresa. with the lake and views as far as you can see and the alps in distance lit up by the sun when it was out there nothing to do buy chill out, explore and soak up the scenery with lots of food and drink. hotel is 5 mins...
