"We liked that it was a condo and not just a hotel room. Was quiet and clean and had a hot tub right out the back door. Only problem was there was a water main being worked on and the water was turned off one morning and we could not take showers. Was out for a couple of hours at least but the property did text an approximate time for it to be turned back on. Good location in town as well."

"My dog, Bo, and I loved this property for our four-day stay in Sedona. It's a perfect base if you're planning to spend time outside, and has super useful amenities (small gym, great on-site dog park, laundry room, etc.). Our room exceeded my expectations; it was, clean, extremely comfortable and spacious, and everything felt modern, fresh, and functional. Nice Malin and Goetz bathroom products, too. The staff could not have been nicer (from the front desk staff to the breakfast staff to the cleaning staff) and were extremely responsive (checking in affirmatively if I wanted housekeeping, sharing events in the communal spaces, etc.). The breakfast concept is great; you can do a continental or apply the cost to one of their a la carte menu items. The staff made great coffee drinks. I've stayed at many different properties in Sedona and this is my favorite thus far. I thought it was excellent value. "

"It was very expensive for the property itself. An okay experience and hotel but priced like a 5 star resort. Disappointed but it’s hard to find anything in Sedona honestly. Don’t expect luxury as the hotel is dated and looks like an “updated”older property . "
