A new flat in perfect condition, it enjoys a magnificent view of the town and the lake . The entrance leads to the large living room, which has large windows along its entire length overlooking the large covered terrace equipped with dining table, deckchairs and sun loungers. The living room has a modern open kitchen equipped with all appliances and dining table and a sitting area with elegnate sofa and Smart Tv. From the living room or and terrace the view is wonderful. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with single beds that can be pushed together. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. A few metres from the entrance there is a reserved parking area with two parking spaces for guests. In about 5 minutes by car you can reach the centre of Verbania with all the services and bars, restaurants, shops and beaches.
