Enttäuschend

Ein sehr entäuschender Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war kalt, feucht und an mehreren Wänden befanden sich Stockflecken. Der Schrank mit dem Geschirr müffelte sehr modrig. Das Schlafzimmer befand sich in einem ganz miserablen Zustand. Hinter dem Kleiderschrank entdeckten wir Schimmel, dieser war auch stark zu riechen. Der Kleiderschrank war auf Grund dessen nicht nutzbar. Nachdem wir die Eigentümer darüber informiert haben, haben sie den Schimmel abgewaschen und überstrichen, und uns ein Entfeuchtungsgerät ins Schlafzimmer gestellt. Leider wurde der Geruch dadurch noch intensiver so dass wir nach 2 Tagen ausgezogen sind. Die Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit von Belvilla war äußerst zuverlässig, schnell und korrekt. Die Eigentümerin bestand trotzdem auf 100 Euro Endreinigung, obwohl wir die Wohnung nicht sauber vorfanden.

Schöner Urlaub am Lago Maggiore

Sehr nette Gastgeber, Susanna und Daniele sind immer auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, für 2 Personen ist alles da. Der Garten ist echt ein Traum, mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Kleines Manko, Parkplätze für das Auto sind ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt, etwas umständlich. Wir vergeben gerne 5 Sterne. Vielen Dank an unsere netten Gastgeber Susanna und Daniele.

Unterkunft sehr gut geeignet für zwei Personen, voll möbliert. Sehr freundlicher Empfang vom Eigentümer, der über der Unterkunft wohnt (übrigens kein Problem). Das Grundstück ist immer noch recht schwer zu finden, es ist kein Parken am Grundstück möglich (Be- und Entladen ist möglich), es muss auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz unten geparkt werden. Ist kein Problem, ausreichend Platz. Mit einem großen Auto ist es ein bisschen schwierig, aber es ist machbar. Haus ist super ruhig gelegen in einer Art Wohngegend, sehr schön. Man kann zu Fuß in ca. 35 Minuten ins Zentrum gehen, es ist sehr steil zu Fuß ... :-) Toller Ausgangspunkt, um die Inseln im Lago zu besuchen.
