"The property is excellent for a large
family group with plenty of bedrooms/beds/bunks for everyone. The kitchen dining area is the central point of the house and works well. For a winter getaway the house is well heated with multiple reverse cycle units and a well stocked wood pile for the open fire.
Technology works ok and there’s plenty of things for the
kids to do. The highlight being in plunge pool which works very well to keep
kids occupied no matter the temperature.

"I booked this for an over night stay for my Hubbies birthday as a surprise and wasn’t sure what his reaction was going to be as we arrived to the accomodation. He was pleasantly surprised! The location is beautiful with a great view of the ocean and friendly farm animals. We didn’t even hear them while we slept. "Nice apartment in the middle of the peninsula. Close to supermarkets and short drive to good restaurant options. Spacious with good facilities such as kitchen utensils and TV, games etc. not quite the aspect we were expecting but not many places on this end of the peninsula have close proximity to the beach or beach views due to the road and the foreshore camping sites. Rosebud is ok, but Mornington and Serento are nicer towns. Owners very helpful and communicate a lot so you can’t go wrong in...

"Come for the service. Stay for the breakfast! A very easy and friendly stay at this hotel. It's very new and spacious. The staff are super helpful and accomodating. You might expect a complimentary breakfast to be a little lacking, but not the case here. A genuine, delicious, made to order, hot breakfast from a decent menu of choices. I hope they can maintain this high standard, as it's very impressive. "

"The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed including a kitchen, lounge room, toilet separate to the bathroom, washer and dryer. It was perfect for my partner and I, and our two kids. There was plenty of wildlife around the resort like ducks, grey baron geese, possums and cows in the field behind our villa. I would recommend staying here if you ever visit Phillip Island. The resort itself was central to everything you need."
