Udsigten er unik. I den gamle bydel findes en elevator som kan forkorte gåturen turen til den nye bydel og stranden der. Lejligheden er god til et par. Der er ikke dør til soveværelset. Beskrivelsen af Huset/Residensen i annoncen kan dog misforstås. Huset er et ejendomskompleks med 36 lejligheder(2 ejendomme) og parkeringspladsen er ikke nr. 1 men nr.11a. ##### Lars Nørregaard ---
