"This property was clean and plenty of room, but the location only gives you a glimpse of the water because the building sits behind another apartment. The good news was there was groceries and restaurants nearby, went to San remo to spend most of our time"

"Wonderful apartment with the nicest owners who couldn’t have been more helpful. The husband helped carry our heavy baggage to the apartment. This once old apartment was renovated to make it an extremely comfortable place to stay. It lacked nothing. I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Ventimiglia!"

"We were very happy and comfortable. Location was perfect."

"This apartment had everything I needed to feel comfortable and enjoy my time in Menton"

"The stay was great and the house was amazing! She was very flexible with the check in process as we had a different time than check-in allowed for. The only issue was that we arrived into town at midnight and couldn't get a taxi so it was difficult to find a way to the home but the host was very helpful and accommodating to us!"

"Great property and very clean."

"Our holiday in Sanremo was fantastic. The apartment is excellent. Inside, everything is new and perfectly clean. The premises are spacious and the terrace is large. The apartment has everything guests need during their vacation. The garage is large, so there is no problem to park a large car. The hosts are very friendly and available at any time if anyone needs anything. In any case, I would recommend this apartment during your stay in Sanremo "

"Pros: The appartment is located slightly above the coast and has a fantastic view to the sea. Livia is a great hostess and was always available for us. The appartment is very well equipped and very clean. Opposite the apartment complex is a hotel with a seawater pool, which you can use at favourable rates, but we didn't make use of it as we preferred to go to the beach. The village of Ospedaletti with its restaurants and beaches is within walking distance. There is also a bus stop directly above...

"We had an absolutely perfect stay at this studio. The stunning view was definitely one of the highlights – truly beautiful and even better than expected. The studio was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was also excellent: friendly, easy, and very responsive. We felt completely at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Manager has a terrible character, as we moved sofa bed she became crazy, my wife broke a old glass so she charged 20 euros, just to keep some hours out luggage outside this very tiny alartment this kady charged 5 euros"
