Amazing!!

5 of us stayed here with our two small dogs. It was a great stay and we had a wonderful time. Directions and checkin was clear and the neighborhood was amazing with wonderful restaurants and grocery store close. Bedrooms were super comfortable and everything was clean. Highly recommend!!!

It is a lovely apartment. Right on the canal. There are a lot of stairs to get into yhe apartment but do able. I enjoyed walking everywhere and taking the waterbus.

Stunning Venice apartment

This apartment was the perfect base for our family’s visit to Venice. Such a charming dwelling with lots of thoughtful, personal touches. Elegant, with exceptional view. Excellent communication with gracious host who permitted us to check in early, a huge plus for our tired kids. We will long remember our trip to Venice. Highly recommend this apartment!

Great location in Venice without the crowds

We loved this unit and the location near the university district in Venice. We could walk in any direction and be close to many things without the crowds of other spots. The only challenge we encountered was that we arrived later than we expected on the first evening due to flight delays and the main building door was locked at 20:00 so we had to track down a neighbor and convince him to let us in.

Cancelled on us 30 minutes before check in time. Only communication was when we reached out a women answered the phone and said she was from an agency and they were trying to “figure out” what was going on. Then after multiple times of reaching out she says there was an issue with the house which was a leak and she would get back to us….next communication was just a cancellation notification within the vrbo app. They had no communication until I repeatedly reached out to them. They never gave us any other options to stay or even recommendations. The only bright side of this whole experience was vrbo was helpful with refunding and giving recommendations but had to find a new place last minute on my own but this had nothing to do with the owner. I would never recommend booking with this person.

Beautiful accommodation in quiet location

A very nice apartment. Spacious and peaceful. Unfortunately the food out bed was not made up. And on our first morning scaffolding was erected outside our window ruining our two windows with a view of the canal, so that was really disappointing. We were not advised of this and wouldn’t have booked it if we knew- the noise and disruption was very imposing. Otherwise very nice and well equipped. We appreciated the coffee machine.
