"This house is even nicer than the photos show. Fully stocked with all the pool, beach and house supplies you’d need. Location is great. We walked to Shamrock nature preserve, and Venice and Nokomis beaches are within a 15 minute drive. Check in and out were very simple. We would definitely re-book here if we come back to Venice."

"We just stayed here to celebrate our twin daughters turning 16! We also had my young niece and nephew (5 & 6). This house and pool coupled with the perfect location made it so easy to spend the day shark tooth hunting (went just stayed close to Sharkeys) and then come home to swim in the pool! Weand hang out! "A great place for our one month visit to Venice. The pool was warm, beaches 10 minutes away, beds comfortable and there was plenty of room in the newly renovated home. The hosts had all the toys we needed -boogy boards, shark tooth sifters,bikes!"

"The house is very clean! It was in a great location for us, pretty much central to the beaches we were visiting (Caspersen and Brohard), even downtown Venice is close by. The backyard was huge which our pup loved to run around in. I honestly think he had a better vacay than me! Overall we were very pleased with our stay. "
