First time in Italy, very easy to find and grab the bus into Venice. Restaurant was delicious and all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would recommend!
The hotel was located just 20 mins from downtown Venice, easy to board bus 7. Bus stop was a couple of feet from the entrance.
Staff was very friendly and helpful with bus tickets. Breakfast was delicious and overall or stay was great! If we come back to Venice we will for sure being staying here.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The outside grounds were nice. The room was small. The bed was fairly comfortable. The pillows were flat. There were no wash cloths available and to iron my clothes I had to take them to a room in the lobby.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Lovely clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Bus stop to the centre of Venice just outside the hotel and travel passes can be purchased from reception.
The hotel is well maintained, rooms are clean and arranged to suite my family needs. The buffet breakfast have varieties of options to choose from and staffs are very helpful and patient.
To go breakfast was arranged for my family since we checked out early to catch an early flight which was really appreciated. I will recommend you consider this hotel during your next vacation to Venice.
The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality. The bathroom shower is a bit compact, but manageable. The location is fantastic, making it very easy and convenient to take the bus to Venice.
Staff is excellent and very helpful. Our big jacuzzi tub leaked water onto the floor around the base. Bed was a bit too hard but that’s just a matter of opinion. Breakfast was delicious.
Fantastic hotel. Wonderful staff, excellent location with bus to Venice in front of the hotel, breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant was lovely. Really enjoyable stay.
This was a great place to stay to visit Venice. We stayed in a double standard room, and it was quite spacious, nicely furnished and comfortable. The hotel is set back from the road with a walled garden - a great place to relax at the beginning or end of the day. We were also able to eat outside on the evening we had dinner at the restaurant. The reception staff were super helpful with information about buses to Venice and water buses (Vaporetto) to Murano. They sold the tickets at the desk, which took all the stress out of visiting a new city. On the day of the public transportation strike, staff were especially helpful, working hard to get us a taxi into Venice and making sure we knew options for how to get back to the hotel.
