It also has a sofa bed for any extra guests. Located in the Dorsoduro district, facing the gardens of the Guggenheim Collection museum, the house is in the heart of the elegant museum district of the city, near the Gallerie dell’Accademia, Punta della Dogana, the gallery of Palazzo Cini, and the splendid Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute, from which you have a spectacular view of the Grand Canal. Grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are all nearby. It is one of 3 apartments in the same building and can be rented in combination with the others so as to allow large family groups to stay together but also in separate units. CHECK-IN PROCEDURE Check-in is normally scheduled from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and is free of charge until 8:00 PM; for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, there is an extra charge of €50.00, and for arrivals between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM, the extra charge is €100.00\. Arrivals between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM are not accepted. The Red House Company SRL organizes one check-in per rented apartment; any additional check-ins for other members of the group will incur a cost of €50.00 each.
