    You can park your car for free and reach the city center of Venice by a single bus in 20 min. This is a recently restructured flat.
    The apartment is 70 m² on the ground floor and is in front of a lovely garden.

    - Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave oven and dishwasher, table (6 seats), comfortable sofa and a 38-inch TV;
    - Bathroom with shower;
