This is a nice apartment out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the tourist district of Venice though still close to the Rialto Bridge and other key sites. Check in was difficult, one of the passports would not upload so didn't didn't receive the access codes till the day of check in. There were also a couple different directions provided to get to the apartment which was confusing. There are two air conditioning units, none of them in bedrooms, though one is close enough to the bedrooms to be able to keep them relatively cool if you keep the doors open. The beds were rather hard but the linens were soft and the pillows were relatively comfortable. The bathrooms were decent and the accommodations overall were relatively comfortable though the stairs to the unit is dark and steep without a handrail but once I found there was a light on a timer it made it more manageable. There is a small step up to the bedrooms and to one of the bathrooms which is a bit of a hazard until you get used to it. There's also a cumbersome process around emptying the garbage in Venice that requires you to get up between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m. on the morning of the last day to drop off garbage at a location that was not named on the map the same way it was in the instructions which made it more difficult to find than it should have been.
