Great location. Description does not say that the bathrooms are both on the top level. Which is 47 stairs from the first bedroom (which has a very low ceiling) to the bathroom. Does not give much privacy. The beds are very hard and move apart )two twins together).

Stayed 4 nights. Amazing location for very fair price, but the building was old and property not maintained well (i wouldnt call it dirty, just old). Below are cons but i still give it overall 4 star for cost benefit (being a guy who is not over-concerned with old buildings). Apartment came with washer and dryer that was helpful. -Stench in the entrance that came up to 1st flootr bedroom. -1st floor bedroom not comfortable in general due to low ceiling. As a family with 2 small kids, we all slept in the 3rd floor bedroom (much more comfortable) with one large bed and 1 small bed with no problem. May not be ideal for a group needing 2 separate bedrooms. -Several lights not working (but not a major issue). -One of the shower was clogged so everyone used the other shower. -Lots of stairs. -a bit loud at nigt from a bar nearby, but it closes around midnight. - lacking cups/glasses. Other utensils were there.

People really need to be aware that each room on the property is on a different level. And there are 60 steps to navigate up to the bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom mattress feels like a boxspring and not a mattress at all. The downstairs bedroom has a very low ceiling. The lower levels of the apartment are extremely cold. No way to turn down the heat in the bathrooms and they are very dark. Both bathrooms are on the very top level. Broken toilet paper holder. A towel shoved in the wall by the exhaust duct. Hole in the wall going up the stairs. Lots of noise from the bar below when in the master bedroom. The outside door feels very insecure. I felt very deceived by the representation of this property. My daughter got pneumonia while we were traveling and had to navigate all those narrow steps to get to the bathroom. It could be a lot more charming with some very easy improvements. But I really think people need to know about all the steps. Not easy with large luggage.

Reservamos el lugar con 2 habitaciones, el lugar no es un hotel es una casa, al estar en venecia es un town house con 4 pisos puras escaleras, entiendo la arquitectura de Venecia pero en el anuncio de la propiedad no especifican, las maletas subirlas 4 pisos de escaleras no es algo manejable. En la planta baja no hay nada, 1 nivel recamara pero el inconveniente es que la altura es de 1.60mts para adultos no es funcional por que no puedes estar parado en la habitación, no existe 2 nivel, 3 nivel sala, comedor,cocina, tiene todos los electrodomésticos necesarios y esta bien el lugar, 4 nivel recamara principal y 2 baños completos,esa recamara está bien, pero si alguien del piso 1 necesita baño tiene que subir 2 niveles por que todos los baños estan ahí. El lugar esta recién remodelado, el baño es amplio el otro es muy pequeño. Pero son baños completos. Tiene limpieza todo el lugar. No hay jabón ni shampoo de cortesía en los baños. En la cocina solo un kit para lava vailjas. Pero si quieres lavar un vaso tampoco hay. Toallas si ponen,no hay aseo o mucha en los días que estuvimos. Deberían ser mas claros en el anuncio, para no tener sorpresas. Hay aire acondicionado en todos los niveles y habitaciones.

Appartement agréable bien situé à Venise

Nouvel an en famille à Venise. Appartement très bien situé. A 5 min à pieds du Pont Rialto et 15 min de la place St Marc. Appartement bien équipé mais pas du tout fait pour des personnes à mobilités réduites. Petit bémol: il serait temps de changer la literie et de nettoyer les groupes internes de clim
