  • Lovely and comfortable home positioned near the Biennale Art Expo (Giardini).

    The property is for your exclusive use and is spread over three floors, with a tavern, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, patio, and terrace.

    A few steps from a lively street full of little restaurants, bars, groceries, and the morning fish, fruit and veggie market.

    The nearby beautiful seafront promenade will enchant you with the spectacular view of Piazza San Marco

    On the ground floor, you will find the tavern with a large table to accommodate even some friends. The sofa can be transformed into a bed for two other sleeps and the access to an exclusive bathroom.

    Very nice also the private courtyard where to spend some pleasant moments of relaxation.

    On the first floor, there's a warm and comfortable living room with a satellite flat TV, the dining room and the kitchen. You will also enjoy the nice little and sunny terrace.

    On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and, the second, 2 single beds.

    All furniture are modern, warm and comfortable.
