Artist townhouse in Venice by the Biennale

Studio Giardini in Venice is a newly renovated artist townhouse with a unique design and full of art. Just a step away from the Biennale entrance and the Giardini park.
The house is divided into 3 floors w. a shared courtyard. On top you’ll find a king size bed with a triangular bathroom and a round bathtub. The mid floor is the living room w. balcony, sofa, workspace and an extra single bed. At the ground floor you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen made from recuperated marble from an ancient Abbey near San Marco. Here is also the courtyard with beautiful vaults. The house is carefully restored w. local Venetian materials. Our custom made Venetian heated Terrazzo floors and air-condition will make your stay extra comfortable in all seasons. Giardini is the greener part of Venice and only two boat stops away from the beaches of Lido.

Beautiful house in an ideal location

Studio Giardini is ideally located in a quiet part of Venice. From here we could explore the city and other islands by foot or water boat. The house is beautifully renovated. And Paulina is the best host ever!

Wow! This apartment has been restored with incredible care and attention to detail -- It is a true pleasure to enjoy the results! Perfect place for a couple to relax and have peace and quiet away from the tourist areas but yet a short walk away. I recommend this apartment without any hesitation. Perfect.
