Management is very poor. No way to support the customer. Their focus is only making money. I wasn't able to get in the apartment as the key didn't work and they had no way to help or answer phone call it was 9:30 -10:00 pm . It is not in a quite safe neighborhood. I had to make arrangements in another hotel and they didn't refund the amount or didn't even bother to ensure that the guest were safe or taken care off. They first asked me to prove that I wasn't in their apartment later when they could find a valid reason they sent me a video of their staff was able to open the door with the same key.
