    This brand new design apartment is located in a residential area of Venice where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the city while staying away from the hustle and bustle. Thanks to the presence of a small garden, you will have the chance to enjoy warm sunny days in the privacy of your home.

    Just 10 minutes away from Santa Lucia train station, you will be in one of the areas with the best wine bars and taverns, Fondamenta degli Ormesini and Fondamenta della Misericordia. Located just 5 minutes from the famous Jewish Ghetto.

    Spacious and bright, this apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and consists of a living room, a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom with the possibility of an additional bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

    For your comfort, you will find Wi-Fi, washing machine, hair dryer, electric mosquito repellent devices, iron, air conditioning, and independent heating.

Location was excellent. Fully updated apartment. The a/c kept us cool during the unprecedented heat wave. Lots of little wine bars and restaurants right outside the door.

Assaporare il silenzio veneziano

L’appartamento è collocato in ottima posizione, a Cannaregio, comoda con in vaporetti e ricca di bar e ristoranti. Inoltre è ben strutturato, su due piani e doppi servizi, aria condizionata su entrambi i livelli, lavastoviglie, un piccolo spazio esterno estremamente silenzioso, due televisori (uno per piano): quindi molto confortevole. La pulizia non è all’altezza della situazione: l’aspirapolvere non tira bene perché esso stesso sporco. Inoltre dovrebbe essere garantito, visti i prezzi non proprio economici, un cambio di biancheria (almeno quella da bagno) per gli ospiti che stanno almeno una settimana.
