The staff at Chiara lodge were incredible! We had some flight delays and they were extremely responsive with messages and adjusted plans for us. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. The staff though were top notch. Highly recommended.

I was arriving late at the station. This is a short and safe walk to Chiara Lodge. Whilst there was no one on duty, the instructions and the welcome were clear and organised. Highly recommend.

Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast very enjoyable and local bus stop directly in to Venice just metres from the hotel. We would definitely recommend this lovely B&B.

Very cozy and unique place. Host was super friendly and helpful always making sure we were ok. Breakfast was great and complete. I would definitely recommend this place. It is is like 5 mins away from the train station.

The staff at Chiara Lodge are just amazing. They were so friendly, carried our bags and helped us fill out the form to avoid the Venice Entry Tax. Breakfast was nice too.

We stayed only one night but we would absolutely stay there again. It was less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. The gentleman working the front desk (I think 24 hours!) was incredibly helpful upon arrival, checking out and arranging a ride for us to the airport. He’s a model of customer service! The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great.

Here is a 5 stars family business. The brothers are so kind, the services outweigh the price by a large margin. It is well situated, not far from public transportations and highways, in a safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

The gentleman at the front desk could not have been friendlier. He honestly made the stay worthwhile. The breakfast was also excellent, and the selection was great for such a small hotel. The room was OK with plenty of room, but the bed was awful; the floor might have been more comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay. The only issue I had was the AC in our room 102 was not adequate. I advised the staff. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was good size. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Above average for breakfast buffets.

Staying at Chiara Lodge was an absolute delight. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance like 5 minutes to take the bus and train to Venice. The room was so comfortable and clean that make me feel I was home. It was really a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend Chiara Lodge for anyone looking for a charming and convenient place to stay in Venice. Thank you so much to the host, I don’t remember his name but he is the best!

The property was amazing . Ivan the host was incredible very kind and very responsive . The breakfast was super complete . Amazing croissants . Details make the experience unique . Would and will come back for sure . Walkable distance to mestre station as well as bus stop .
