About this property

Ca' Francesco Apartment

  • Large 130 square meter apartment in the most central neighborhood of the city. Very spacious living room with city view, two bedrooms. One double bed and two single beds. Kitchen equipped with everything you need, bathroom with shower and a corridor to access the sleeping area. Two bedrooms. We provide beds linen and bath towels. We also provide shampoo e gel shower. The apartment is located on the top floor of a 3-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs to climb without an elevator.
    Supermarket and other small shops (greengrocers, groceries etc.) available within walking distance.
    The neighborhood is the "high" area of Cannaregio. Very central and convenient for all the main and most central attractions of the historic center. In 5 minutes on foot you arrive at the Rialto bridge in the area of the beautiful and traditional market, in about 10 minutes you are in Piazza San Marco.

    THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND MUST BE PAID IN CASH AT CHECK-IN (4.00 EUROS PER PERSON PER NIGHT).

    Check-in from 3.00pm to 10.00pm
    You can leave your luggage from 11.00 but then you have to leave the apartment and come back from 15.00.
