Very spacious living room with city view, two bedrooms. One double bed and two single beds. Kitchen equipped with everything you need, bathroom with shower and a corridor to access the sleeping area. Two bedrooms. We provide beds linen and bath towels. We also provide shampoo e gel shower. The apartment is located on the top floor of a 3-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs to climb without an elevator. Supermarket and other small shops (greengrocers, groceries etc.) available within walking distance. The neighborhood is the "high" area of Cannaregio. Very central and convenient for all the main and most central attractions of the historic center. In 5 minutes on foot you arrive at the Rialto bridge in the area of the beautiful and traditional market, in about 10 minutes you are in Piazza San Marco. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND MUST BE PAID IN CASH AT CHECK-IN (4.00 EUROS PER PERSON PER NIGHT). Cela pourrait être encore mieux si les salles d'eau étaient repeintes (plafonds bien abimés), un flexible de douche changé, les ampoules électriques vérifiées, une lunette de toilettes fixée. Petits détails qui méritent une attention. Egalement ajouter le mode d'emploi du chauffage, quelques couverts supplémentaires (petites cuillères), et tout serait parfait !
