Everything was great except for having to check in using a kiosk. They also allowed early check-in, and although the accommodation was small, it was clean and in a great location, with easy access to the airport.
Excellent location for visiting Venice. The buses go from the road just behind the hotel (number 2 or 7) straight into Venice or the train station is a 5 minute walk. The room was comfy and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy also. The social spaces were great, plenty of space, well stocked bar and friendly staff. We were also able to store our bags after check out which was really helpful!
The room is generally clean and well-equipped. The staff are extremely helpful, from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect, just a 5-8 minute walk from Mestre Station, from which you can travel to St. Lucia Station and the island. However, the kitchen has basically nothing except a microwave, and some of the power sockets in the room don't work.
Great room with lots of space & friendly staff. There were only 2 lifts serving the whole hostel & it took forever to get a lift. I had to get a lift as I was on the 9th floor.
Everywhere was clean & was all easy to find.

The bathroom drain was extremely slow. The shared kitchen only had a few fridges and a microwave. Compared with other hostels, the facilities were very limited.
There is a large supermarket near the hostel with a great selection of food.
Very good hostel , comfortable for all ages of people

We used it for a one night stopover. Close to the train station and very good late check in.. nearly 2am because of our flight time landing after midnight. We had called a few days ahead to advise our late arrival… recommend you do this in case they give your room away. Not so easy to find late check in on a budget in the area. We had our own room which was clean and a good size. It’s a big place but felt good and safe. Optional breakfast was basic and not the nicest room to start the day, but good value and good for budget vs. being fed and ready to go for the day. We would stay there again.
Excellent transport, safe suburban, many restaurants around:)

Good location, close to the train, nice facilities, comfortable beds, simple but delicious and fresh food. The only downside was that only two beds were made, and one of them had torn sheets. Even so, I think this has been the best hostel stay I've had so far in Italy.
Room was clean and modern. The building itself was well kitted out and had lots of things to do, lovely staff and people and in a fantastic location. Highly recommend and would go back.

Clean room with the basic amenities. Value for money if you are not fussy.
We arrived on a late flight (1am) so just wanted to stay 1 night in Mestre before travelling to Venice island for 2 nights. The accommodation was basic but clean, it exceeded my expectations. Great stay 👍

It was convenient for only staying a night. Would not recommend long stays. Staff was awesome and security was present which helped the feeling of safety.

Very basic room, decently clean but bedding was not very comfortable
My main issue was cleanliness. I know this is a budget hostel, but cleanliness should still be the management’s priority still despite how much people are paying. Many spots were dusty, windows had marks, the beddings looked it wasn’t washed really well, the bathroom drain had hairs.
Other issues were:
There were also other issues like the bedsheet were so worn it had holes.
There was only 2 lifts servicing all the floors. So at around checkout time, it was so packed that people with luggages and buggies were just using the stairs from even the 8th floor.
The lounge chairs in the lobby and outside were also looking very worn. I regret not taking pictures as proof.
The pros:
Location. It was near mestre train and bus station, restaurants and a large grocery.
The staff at the reception were also friendly.
Would never stay again.

Establishment was clean and functional. It has a laundry room, guest kitchen, breakfast, bar, and lockers. Rooms were very clean, little lock baskets under the bed, key card entry door, bathroom is private with shower and a bidet. There’s security on sight and honestly felt safe.
With that being said. Lockers wasn’t working, breakfast isn’t included in the booking. But an additional 11 euros per day. Laundry had one dryer and 3 washers functional. Vending machines was out of order. A lot of their amenities seemed to be out of order.
My biggest issues with the establishment is the lack of accountability from the staff. As helpful as they were their go to response always seemed to be “we don’t own that so we cannot do anything about it.”
As a solo traveler it would be nice to have a stable WiFi connections in the room, but WiFi seems to focus on just the lobby area. This could be that my room was on the 9th floor, but it would’ve been nice to have a separate WiFi dedicated to tenants and not just the lobby guest.
İt was affordable and clean. Easy transportation to Venice . Walking distance to Shopping , Bus stop and train station . They have Hostel dorms with lockers and Private bed rooms , so it is good for both back packers and family with kids İ highly recommend it. only outlets in the rooms must be better to charge the electronics. Other than that Everything was great .
Disgusting. Absolutely dissapointing. The shower had mold in it, pieces of the walls were chipping off, the room was unbearably small, view was horrendous, which i can understand, the good rooms were probably booked out. It was near a train station and multiple restaurants which was nice. The staff had an attitude, like they didn’t wanna be near us. I watched from a afar and a woman who was working at reception just decided to give up and shout „I’m done.“ before walking away and getting replaced by a different worker. The Ground floor was extremely unpractical, since there was no elevator that went down to the garage and you had to walk through the ground floor into 10 more doors just to get to your car, which was probably parked in the most narrow parking spot imaginable. The kitchen was broken, the fridge wasn’t even cooling anything up, and it was always full. If you’re gonna run a hostel, atleast buy one or two huge fridges instead of 2 thin, low budget ones. The ground floor was a horror movie by itself. There was trash on the floor, sometimes the paint on walls was chipping off, same with the hallways upstairs. There was trash on the floor everywhere, some paint and doors were out of place. I would rather buy the hostel in Florence, which was arguably better, and drive 4 hours back to Venice.
