We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The location was excellent—just a 4-minute walk from the train station and only 2 minutes from the bus stop, making it easy to get around. The free Wi-Fi worked great, and the breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Hotel was reasonably clean but poorly maintained - carpet in elevator was visibly stained/dirty and so was the carpet in the room. The walls in the room are also scuffed and look dirty. Towels are very thin and toiletries basic. If you’re just looking for a place to shower and change, this is fine. Location was convenient for airport and train but could be a long transit into areas such as San Marco. If you rather not deal with luggage through the canals etc, staying outside works if you don’t mind the daily transit time. Did not have breakfast or interact with staff much but when I did, they were helpful.

Good hotel if you're looking to explore Venice on a budget. Walking distance to Mestre train station and the Mestre bus station, making it very convenient if you're arriving at VCE Marco Polo Airport or by train. The ATVO shuttle bus takes you directly to the bus terminal, and the hotel is a quick 7 minute walk which is manageable, even with luggage.

Great stay overall. The hotel has an excellent location with convenient access to the train station and bus stops, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection. A comfortable and practical choice for travelers.

Rooms were clean and nice :) the woman who did check-in and a man who did cheack-out were really nice. The guy working on Saturday evening (curly hair) was not the nicest tho.. we asked about how to get to the airport and he just said „taxi“ and was annoyed about having to communicate with guests. We went to Leonardo hotel to get the info.

The room was very clean. Would have been nice to have a kettle but we were aware before we stayed it didn't have one. Breakfast was basic but was ok. All in all the hotel was great value for money. Few minutes to the train station which is a short trip into venice. Large supermarket a short walk away. Very easy to get to the airport.
