"Perfect for me as a solo traveler. The hotel provided perfect instructions on how to find hotel, took 2 mins from waterbus stop. Shower was extremely small though. Be prepared for stairs but staff was awesome on taking my luggage to and from room. Breakfast was good and fresh. Front desk staff was wonderful on providing dinner and things to do nearby suggestions"

"This is a gorgeous property but not for anyone who does not plan on commuting by boat to do anything than wander its island. The Hotel shuttle costs €15 per person per stay and doesn't start until 9am. I wanted to begin seeing Everything in Venice early so either pay private water taxi or take public boats... which if full.. you have wait for next one. The Staff are wonderful and room gorgeous but if you want to go back forth shopping and such, its just not convenient. "

"Location of the hotel was excellent.Service from the reception staff was excellent and helped us book two restaurants for dinner as well as providing excellent general guidance.Breakfast had a good selection.Bar only opens early evening and is in a relatively small area.Would have loved to have used the outdoor area of the restaurant but unfortunately weather wasnt on our side"
