This hotel is a real gem. The staff were wonderful and could not be more hopeful. Would certainly recommend Hotel Moresco to anyone wanting to visit Venice and it was so conveniently located for all the sights.

Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful, Rooftop terrace bar is brilliant with a great view of the grand canal and rialto bridge.

The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. Beautifully presented, fresh and always topped up. A great range of quality drinks as well. 10.00 am finish, so plenty of time for a lie in.

Stylish and elegant rooms. Kind and helpful staff. A little ways out of Venice and in a quiet neighbourhood.

I would easily recommend this hotel to others. The hotel is beautifully designed, clean and with excellent facilities. The staff are all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had particularly good service from Mehir on arrival, Sieglinde and Patrick on reception, and Francesca and Elisana in the restaurant. Great location, close to beach and restaurants!

Villa Ines was a real hidden gem. In a quiet area within 5 minutes walk of the ferry port, so that you can easily explore any part of Venice. A beautiful building, inside and out. Delicious breakfast, you can eat inside, or in the superbly landscaped garden. The owner and all staff were very helpful and a pleasure to talk to - in multiple languages! Would stay again and recommend! Very tempted by the cooking classes should I return to Venice.

Hotels in a great location with close transport links to venice city, and only 10 minutes walk to lido beach. Staff very friendly and attentive. Room was very comortable, good selection on breakfast. At the top of the hotel there is a triple deck roof terrace with fantastic views. I would highly recommend.

I booked this hotel for an Easter break with my wife and 15 year old son mainly because it looked nice and it was a good distance from the centre of Venice. The hotel is situated on the Island of Lido which is about a 20 minute boat taxi journey to St Marks Square (but you can get off earlier after about 7 minutes onto the island of Venice itself and walk to St Marks Square). Our first time in Venice, and we found this hotel was ideal, situated across the road from the water transport hub. The room was clean and comfortable, overlooking the lagoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was of good quality, and the hotel was clean throughout.

This was our third visit to The Riviera and our reasons for returning was the excellent service and accommodation previously provided. On this occasion we discovered that our booking didn't include a room with a balcony - important for my wife's need for easily accessible fresh air.
