This charming 263m² winegrower's villa, ideally located near Vendres beach, is the perfect rental for an authentic vacation.  
Its small garden and terrace are equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and a barbecue, ideal for convivial evenings outdoors.  
The veranda features a jacuzzi and comfortable garden furniture.  
On the ground floor, a small living room with a television overlooks the dining room equipped with a wood-burning stove.  
The fully equipped traditional kitchen opens onto the dining room, with a laundry area nearby.  
An air-conditioned master suite with a large closet and direct access to the garden, as well as a bathroom with a shower and corner bathtub.  
Upstairs, an air-conditioned living area offers an ideal resting place, leading to three air-conditioned bedrooms, two with garden views and one with a fireplace. Two bedrooms feature a queen-size bed and closets, while the third has two single beds, which can be joined together.  
A fully furnished office is also available.  
In addition, a shower room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet complete this sleeping area.  
Finally, the last bedroom occupies the entire second floor, with an en-suite shower room and a balcony overlooking the garden.
