Holiday home in the olive grove with sea views and outdoor pool

  • The cozy holiday house with sea views is idyllically situated in the mountains of the Axarquia and is an ideal starting point for excursions throughout Andalusia.
    It consists of a large kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Surrounded by a very large beautiful garden with many fruit trees and a small outdoor pool, you can relax here and enjoy the panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. Ideal for 4 people.
    Approximately 30 km from Malaga and only 8 km to the nearest beach. There is a bedroom (with two separate beds) and a bathroom with toilet / shower on the ground floor and a slightly larger bedroom (double bed) with bathroom with toilet / shower in the 1. Floor. This upper bedroom is accessed via an outside staircase.
    The tap water is perfect and drinkable.
    There is a complete bedding set and towels.
    For the stove, there is always a small daily supply of firewood. The small outdoor pool is in operation from May to September and you can relax in the garden on bathing loungers.

Ich war mit meinem kleinen Hund vom 7.Januar bis 13. März dort.Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus,es fehlt an nichts,es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, der Ausblick einfach Spitze,der Kaffee zum Nachmittag auf der Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer,Traumhaft,bei Fragen half Esteban sofort,ebenso die Familie von Daniela,ein bitterer Nachgeschmack ist das Heizen,da man dafür Holz kaufen muss und das kann zu dieser Zeit zu einem finanziellen Mehraufwand führen,ebenso wer kein Freund der achtbeinigen Tiere ist.Es war unsere erste Überwinterung in Spanien,mein kleiner Hund ist zum richtigen Streuner geworden,nach seinem eigenen Morgenspaziergang war er glücklich.Wir werden versuchen wieder zu kommen.Petra und Teke

La casa es muy bonita, el ambiente no tanto

Nos encontramos una casita pequeña super cuca y bien cuidada, aunque no entendimos que no hubiese ni horno ni microondas. La piscina muy limpia. El chico de la recepción de llaves y mantenimiento un auténtico encanto. El problema es que justo enfrente tiene una parcela un hombre que se dedica a desatender a su perro (lo deja suelto y se te cuela en casa) y a poner música hasta la madrugada muy alta. Sabemos que no es culpa de la dueña, pero mínimo debería cercarse la parcela para que no entren perros ajenos y desconocidos y te intenten robar comida de la cocina. Hubo un par más de inconvenientes que hicieron que la estancia no fuera lo que esperábamos y menos por el precio al que de alquila.

Bonitas vacaciones

Fuimos a pasar 3 dias yo y mi familia. La zona es agradable porque hay mucha tranquilidad por lo que puedes descansar alli. La casita es muy apañada, es chiquitina pero no le falta de nada, tiene hasta su piscina para refrescarte. Por sus alrededores tienes tiendecitas para cualquier cosita que falte, y a 15 min esta la playa, incluyendo una playa canina para las mascotas. Esteban el que se encarga de la casita es encantador y atiende estupendamente. Recomiendo mucho esta casita, ya que mi familia y yo hemos pasado 3 dias increibles.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Esteban. Le logement était propre, l'environnement magnifique et très tranquil, le lieu idéal pour se reposer. Seul petit bémol le manque de four et de matériel pour pouvoir cuisiner et profiter des merveilleux légumes que l'on peut trouver sur les marchés.

Un lugar lleno de luz y tranquilidad

Un pequeño retiro de tranquilidad muy cerca de Iznate y de la Costa, pero ideal para rodearse de naturaleza. La casa está muy bien, tiene encanto y el dormitorio de la parte superior goza de una vista impresionante. La piscina ha sido agradable por la tarde con calor. Es un lugar ideal para pasar temporadas más largas, fuera del ruido pero cerca de todo lo necesario. El camino de acceso es de tierra pero practicable por cualquier moto (o coche). Nos dió la sensación de que la noche era más fresquita que en la Costa y se duerme muy bien. La finca tiene arbolitos frutales que le dan un toque rural muy autentico.
