Spacious quiet apartment 450 meters to the beach, huge patio, communal pool.

The apartment is a very spacious ground floor property 100msq with a huge 100mq patio. It is very centrally located WIFI and all the British, German and Spainish TV channels . It has communal gardens to the front, so it is very quiet.
It has been newly renovated, with two double bedrooms with air conditioning, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom with fans. It has a main bathroom with bath and an overhead shower and a shower room and toilet. The property sleeps 7 comfortably.
The huge patio has lots of plants and a covered area with a large dinning table and chairs . A sofa area to relax and a shed with lots of children's beach toys, balls, lilos buckets and spades etc
There is a communal pool ( free entrance ) with grass and shaded areas to sun bath and children's splash pool, open from 15 June until 15 September. Tennis courts open all year round ( tennis rackets in the apartment ).

The apartment is in a fabulous location, within70 M of the property is a supermarket selling fresh bread and every thing you need. with in a short stroll there are many local bars and restaurants.
The town center of Torre Del Mar is 700 m walk and the town is completely flat, on the way there are lots more bars, shops and restaurants. In the town center is a massive selection of great bars, restaurants, banks and shops . On the beach there are many bars serving fresh barbequed fish of course sardines galore. Torre Del Mar is traditional Spanish town with lots of great tapas bars and and beach bars. There is a big weekly market selling clothes, shoes, handbags, belts, jewellery and locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables.
The beach 500 m (10 min )walk, there are sun beds, umbrellas and many beach bars.
The promenade is fantastic it is the main feature of the town and goes on for miles. It is beautiful in the evening to stroll along and have a drink or two. In the summer there is a small evening market and entertainment every night on the promenade.
A car is always not needed as there are regular buses along the coast to Malaga and Nerja . The town has lots to do and see and is very flat. I have lived in the are for 20 years and can give you many tips on places to visit and how to get around.
If you need a taxi or airport transfer it can be arranged with a local taxi company , their price is 50€ for up to 4 people and 70€ for 7/8 people each way.( price summer 2024).

Never left a review before. But this is the best accommodation I have stayed in abroad. Beautiful apartment large patio you will not be disappointed. Louise, the owner was so helpful even organising our travel from the airport. Highly recommended

Louise is fantastic, helped us with airport transfers, was there to check us in , showed us around the property and pool area. Also spent time pointing out some restaurants, supermarkets etc. She even helped us get a taxi when we struggling! The property is in a great location with a supermarket within a few steps, seafront is about a 5 minute level walk. It has a massive outdoor area where we spent most of our time, there are sunbeds numerous seating areas and plenty of shaded areas if required.

Ich habe an die Louise (Vermieterin) folgendes geschrieben: Vielen Dank für die Eier, den leckeren Wein und das Obst. Wir haben uns in deiner Wohnung sehr wohl gefüllt. Sie ist sauber, geschmacksvoll eingerichtet und liegt relativ zentral in der Stadt. Ich danke dir auch dafür, dass du immer für uns da warst, wenn wir die gebraucht haben. Du bist auch sehr freundlich und außerordentlich nett. Für uns war das ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt und wir können diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen.

Louise ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Ab der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles super einfach funktioniert. Auch ein kleines Willkommens Paket steht parat und man fühlt sich ab der ersten Sekunde wohl.

This property is ideal family accommodation, having 4 bedrooms, a huge lounge and an extensive and secure rear dining patio. Car parking is within 100 yards of the ground floor apartment which is fully equipped and stocked (linen etc.). The beach front is but two streets away and locally (100 yards) there is a small supermarket and a very Good tapas bar/restaurant (Jordi's). Torres Del Mar is family friendly and the seafront is not "pumping" with music. A great place to stay with kids. The owner Louise is English and a pleasure to know. We will probably return to this apartment again next year.

The owner is very friendly, communicative and helpful. The apartment is ideally located near beach, shops, bars, restaurants. It is in a quiet area, and feels safe. The terrace is lovely, and relaxing. The apartment is well equipped, and comfortable.

Het huis is prima om een paar dagen in te verblijven. Een aantal punten kunnen verbeterd worden. Knop van de wc was kapot, het matras was erg oud en lag niet comfortabel. Na een melding van het matras hebben wij netjes korting gekregen. De tuin is heerlijk en hier hebben wij vaak gezeten. Wij hebben bovenstaande punten doorgegeven aan de eigenaar en zij zou het gaan aanpassen.

Beautiful apartment close to beach and bars, and other local amenities. The pool is excellent and within easy walking distance so not far to carry everything. Extra chairs and floats were available from the apartment which saved us buying them. Ten minute walk to the beach with bars serving fresh grilled sardines and prawns with crusty bread. Excellent location. Louise is friendly and will go the extra mile for her guests.

Excellent property in great location; no taxis needed whatsoever, supermarket literally next door; However communal pool is not at the property but across the street and 50 m down, a bit of a drawback if kids just want to go outside and jump in

This apartment provided everything we had hoped for in our visit for the whole of February. The courtyard is completely secure as access is only from inside the apartment via the kitchen. Great place for our small dog to rest after his many daily walks - well, he had to go for coffee with us! We loved the fact we were close to all amenities but not in the middle of them. A supermarket is next door and chemist on the opposite corner. Best was the tapas bar a few yards further! Town, with its many and varied bars and restaurants always felt safe and the seafront also provided many eating places. Our dog was welcomed in most places which made our holiday even more relaxing. The owner Louise lives in the town. As previous visitors have noted she was really helpful on the couple of minor issues we had - like the calor gas bottle running empty. She was there with a new one within half an hour. Well recommended accommodation which we might possibly revisit ourselves, if just a couple of weeks later to get more sun in the courtyard!

Der erste Eindruck war, ob wir hier richtig sind. Die Wohnung ist im EG eines großen Mehrfamilienblockes. Es ist sehr hellhörig und die Türen sind eine Katastrophe. Mit kleinen Kindern, die schnell aufwachen sollte man nicht um 5 Uhr auf die Idee kommen auf die Toilette zu wollen. Über der Wohnung wohnt eine cubanische familie und wir haben schon überlegt die Polizei wegen häuslicher Gewalt zu rufen. Wir konnten jedes Wort verstehen, wenn wir es verstehen würden. ;) Im Innenhof war es allerdings erstaunlich ruhig und auch die Zimmer zur Hofseite hatten bedeutend ruhigeren Schlaf. Der komplette Aussenbereich war leider ziemlich ungepflegt vergammelt. Angefangen bei den Sitzkissen bis hin zu den Platzdeckchen. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder sind komplett verrostet. Die Spiel- und Sportutensilien im Schuppen waren ziemlich moderig. Schade, da wir mit Kind da waren. Allerdings gibt es drinnen ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele. Die Bäder sind nicht so bequem nutzbar wenn man unter Übergewicht leidet. Eine unserer Doppelbett-Matratzen war sehr durchgelegen. Man ist immer wieder zur die Mitte gerollt. Die Gläser haben wir vor dem ersten Benutzen selber nochmal abwaschen müssen. Auch im Schrank war noch ein Topf mit angebrannter Milch. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und immer gut zu erreichen. Sie shuttelt auch vom und zum Flughafen. Alles in Allem für den Preis war es Okaay wenn man nicht zu verwöhnt ist. ;)

We had 5 adults and a baby staying in the apartment. It was so spacious and absolutely spotless. The outdoor terrace is huge. The complex that the building is in feels very safe. Louise was so helpful in the lead up with some questions I had. She arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, which was good as it meant they had the address already and knew exactly where to drop us off. Louise had also left some food and drinks for us, which was very kind. We would definitely return in future.

Wir erlebten wunderbare Family-Ferien in dieser traumhaften Wohnung. Unsere schon grossen Kinder mit Anhang und unsere jüngste Tochter 10Jahre. Am Rande der Stadt und trotzdem Zentrumsnah ist diese Wohnung super gelegen. Auch das Meer ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir danken Frau Parr für ihre Geduld bei unsrer Ankunft,da wir und der Taxifahrer den genauen Standort nicht wussten (stimmt nicht mit GoogleMaps überein). Nun aber wurde die genaue Hausadresse schon korrigiert!!! Vielen Dank dafür. Bei feinen Tapas,Nachos und regionalen Gerichten mussten wir in den vielen Restaurants nicht verhungern. Die feinen Brotgeschäfte mit ihren Broten laden zum gemütlichen Frühstück auf dem kühlen Sitzplatz ein. Auch Abend spät genossen wir die Sitzlounge. Really liked our stay and can highly recomend this. Very good calm location and everything you need just around the corner. - A good shop for grocerys in the same building - 5-10 min walk to the ocean. - Really nice pool max 2 min walk. Louise was very friendly and helpful, even arranged pickup for us at the airport. All in all a perfect stay for us (4 adults) Regards //Roger

We stayed in July ‘18, 4 adults and two teenagers. Plenty of space in the apartment. Louise had kindly arranged pick up from Airport, about 30mins drive from Malaga Airport. Louise was waiting for us, showed us around the place and surrounding area. She also left a gorgeous welcome basket in the fridge. The apartment had everything we needed, from towels to sheets. And a washing line which was well used. Two bathrooms were fantastic to have. We were in a great location only 5mins from beach and a 10 min stroll to the centre of Torre Del Marr. Communal pool was super clean and quiet. Ice cream parlor on the corner was well utilized. Lots of choice for bars, cafes, restaurants in the local area. I would definitely recommend this apartment and hopefully we will make a trip back, as we really liked the relaxed feel of the town. The market on Thursday is great for browsing. Louise was great to deal with and helped us out enormously which we greatly appreciated. M

Lovely apartment, well equipped, especially for this time of year. Many facilities nearby and easy to get to many wonderful destinations. The apartment is spacious and clean and the host, Louise very pleasant. Thank you Louise for the goodies you left for us and making Alice, Tom and Brutie the dog so welcome. Car parking was easy, near and free. A lovely museum in the square near the apartment. Great restaurants in walking distance. Thank you Louise for letting us stay.
