The villa accommodates up to 7 people and features a private pool, garden area with Mediterranean vegetation, sun loungers and a direct view of the sea and bay. A rocky private beach is directly accessible. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a spacious living kitchen with a corner fireplace, fully equipped kitchen area, dishwasher, and dining area for up to 6 people. From here, you can directly access the pool. In the air-conditioned upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with two single beds - each with its own bathroom/WC, a large living kitchen with a dining table for up to 8 people, as well as two terraces, one covered and one open south terrace with access from the living area and bedrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a comfortable bathtub, and a washing machine is also available. The villa offers three bathrooms, a hallway with a cloakroom, a storage room, satellite TV, WiFi, hi-fi and DVD system, as well as high chair and cot on request. Pets are welcome. Parking spaces for up to three cars are located directly at the property.
