Tried to book speak with the property manager MANY times before my arrival to cancel and he NEVERRRRR responded! I contacted VRBO about his lack of communication and VRBO was pretty unhelpful too! They told me I needed to go thru my credit card to resolve it for a refund. THANK GOD Citibank is great and refunded everything! I’m so glad I didn’t go on this trip and end up with no place to stay!
