However, if you have luggage, it’s better to take a taxi to the train station. We walked a few times for day trips, and the walk was about 15 minutes at most. As for the hotel, the staff was very attentive, polite, and courteous. The breakfast crew was always kind and friendly. The facilities were clean, with a lovely view from the terrace. I would 100% recommend this place; we were very satisfied with our stay. We made reservations for the rooftop restaurant, food was amazing. We got an older man as a server and he was very rude. Got our order and never came back for refills or touch our table. When he did come back we asked for bread while we waited and he never brought anything. He seemed bothered because they were about to close and we kept asking for things. Other than that, lobby staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located, walking distance to Trevy Fountain. It is also super close to the train station, and a bike/scooter ride away from the Coliseum. Definitely recommend!
