Communication was great and easy. They responded in a timely manner. Check in was easy. They showed me around the apartment and how everything worked. The apartment is located in a very central place surrounded by cafes, bars, and restaurants. It was 2 of us and there was plenty of space. The high ceilings made it feel even more spacious. The Coliseum was a 13 minute walk and The Trevi Fountain about 14 minutes. The only cons I would say are: no paper towels and trash needed to be taken out to a bin a few streets over.
