"Magnificent, imposing converted post office on the main square facing the central station. Clean, great breakfast spread and cheerful staff. Can walk to loads, but trams & buses stop in square. Standard of our room excellent. One downside was 1st night we were facing square just above hotel entrance, which contained a music speaker that transmitted a thump thump thump base into our room. Staff, particularly Amin, arranged a new room for the rest of our stay. It was perfect. Andrew UK"

The BONUS is the interesting spaces, fun features (including 2 story corkscrew slide) and interesting decor. We don't have kids, but loved watching young people wonder at the place. Even my wife and I (in our 60's) did the slide. The Grand Curiosa makes you feel like a kid again. On top of that, we got free entry (after 6pm) to the park to see what was thrilling everyone to scream and laugh. Back in our room, all was quiet and comfortable. A fun place - a MUST see destination."

"A great find, close to the city, about 30 minutes from the airport and close to the islands. Amazing bed, if you like a firmer mattress, which i do. You can enjoy your morning coffee outside the property, overlooking a small harbour. Wonderful breakfast, many traditional and delicious Swedish items and even other items like pancakes, bacon and eggs. I would come again and i would recommend it."
