Surrounded by secular olive groves and corn fields, La Masseria is situated in Contrada San Leonardo in Vasto.   
It is surrounded by a unique landscape, located in the immidiate neighbourhood of the mountains of Abruzzo and the most famouse seaside resorts. The skyblue colour, recreating the original colour of the eighteenth-century, found on an ancient brick recovered during the excavations, will delight the scenery suiting perfectly the shades of the sky and yellow corn fields.  
Il Belvedere is the most panoramic residence of the property, located on the top floor and overlooking a wide and evocative landscape. From the large terrace, the view embraces the Adriatic Sea and stretches as far as the Majella mountains, offering open, luminous scenery in every season.  
The apartment is laid out on a single level and is the most spacious among our residences. Crossing the shared garden, enhanced by a charming brick well, a staircase leads to the private entrance, ensuring privacy and tranquility.  
Inside, a generous living area opens with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The large terrace, partly covered and furnished with table and lounge seating, is the true heart of the residence — a generous outdoor space where guests can dine al fresco, relax, and fully enjoy the breathtaking view.  
The residence features three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends who wish to share spacious interiors and convivial moments.
