"Clean room, great price and easy check in "

"The pools were nice. We were in the South Tower which was a long walk to main pool. We did not like that you needed to go through the parking garage anytime you want to go somewhere on the property. We stayed in a 3 bed, 4 bath luxury suite. Very spacious but the unit needed some updating. Dishwasher blade appeared to be broken so we didn’t even try to use. Oven door was hard to open. Ice maker was frozen over and we fixed ourselves. The property was beautiful, beach was nice. We all had a great time and would definitely return. "

"Very clean property, especially given that it was pet-friendly; no lingering pet smells or pet hair anywhere (we are pet owners as well so we often rent pet-friendly homes). Nice large, fenced in backyard for the pets if you do bring them. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need to cook, they even have some spices in the cupboard. Great location! The private beach access is just across the street. There is a beach buggy with beach stuff in the garage so you can easily pack up and bring everything to the beach without much trouble. Plenty of beach towels are in a closet. Several local places to eat right down the road. Communication with the host was excellent. Ben sent us messages about everything, but particularly helpful was of course check-in / check-out procedures (easy process) and maintenance schedules (pool, landscapers, trash/recycles). We had a very nice long weekend here!"

The direct beach access was a key reason we chose this property, and it absolutely did not disappoint. "Wonderful house right in the beach. My favorite part was sitting in the hot tub watching the waves roll up on the shore. Everyone loved the game room. Communication with the owner was easy and he provided several recommendations for dining ( we enjoyed the flagler fish company ). "
