"We were very pleased with every aspect of this beautiful condo. From first contact Jim was very gracious, informative, and prompt to respond to our needs. Our family enjoyed the plush and modern amenities the condo offered as well as the breathtaking views of the ocean. The proximity to small local restaurants and shops in Flagler is a strong draw because of their convenience. However, the condo had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. We also were so pleased at the offering of a great variety of family friendly board games. Over the top! Thank you Jim for the golden opportunity for 10 glorious days of rest and relaxation before the start of the school year!"

"Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home. It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 teens with comfortable space inside and out for everyone. We enjoyed the amazing ocean views off the front decks and sunset in the back. The open high ceiling kitchen, dining room, and living room layout was great for family together time. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The home has large windows, and it is well maintained and very clean. There are two sets of inside stairs. The owners were very thoughtful hosts, responding quickly to any questions. The easy beach access was just across the street, and the beaches are beautiful and uncrowded. It’s located in one of our favorite places in Flagler. We will definitely be back to stay here again."

The home’s three levels make it perfect for families, giving everyone space to spread out — kids on one level, adults on another, and a quiet privacy suite for peaceful downtime.The private deck is ideal for morning coffee and watching sunrises and sunsets that look like postcards. The kids loved the boogie boards, and the rooftop view lets you see for miles, creating the perfect backdrop for photos or just taking in the ocean breeze.A gorgeous, spacious, and family‑friendly beach escape we’d return to again and again."
