As soon as you step through the door, you’ll be greeted by a modern and well-organized living area. The sleek, minimalist refrigerator blends seamlessly with the kitchenette, equipped with a gas stove and all the essential kitchenware: pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, and utensils will allow you to cook with complete independence. The dining table is integrated into the kitchen, creating a convivial and contemporary setting where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or an intimate dinner after a day spent exploring the area’s attractions.

A little further on, you’ll find an elegant sofa bed waiting to welcome you: comfortable during the day for relaxing, perfect at night for accommodating up to two people. Imagine relaxing here, sipping tea or a glass of wine, while watching your favourite show on the 45-inch smart TV, with access to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and YouTube.
The living room’s large window overlooks Via San Martino della Battaglia, one of Varese’s most historic and charming streets. An authentic corner of the city that offers a lively and characteristic view, making every morning special.

Located on the second floor of a historic building in the heart of Varese, the apartment is easily accessible thanks to a smart automation system. We’ll remotely open the exterior gate for you, so you can conveniently reach the entrance. In front of the door, you’ll find a smart lock; simply enter the personal code we’ll provide to securely retrieve your keys.

We’ve chosen self-check-in to offer you maximum freedom and independence.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

For arrivals after 10:00 PM, access is available only upon request and incurs an additional fee of €10 for each hour or fraction thereof, to be arranged in advance.
Arrivals after 1:00 a.m. are not guaranteed.

Other things to keep in mind
Sacro Monte, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a 10-minute drive or about an hour’s walk away. The scenic route leads to the village of Santa Maria del Monte, with spectacular views and a timeless atmosphere.

Just a 15-minute walk from the centre is Villa Panza, an 18th-century villa with gardens and contemporary artworks. Lake Varese, a 10- to 15-minute drive away, offers a 28-km bike path along the shore and access to Isolino Virginia, an archaeological site reachable by boat.

Lake Monate, a 25-minute drive away, is perfect for swimming and relaxing thanks to its clear, swimmable waters. A half-hour drive takes you to Laveno Mombello, on Lake Maggiore, with its scenic cable car and ferries to the Borromean Islands.

Campo dei Fiori, a 20-minute drive away, offers nature trails and an astronomical observatory at the summit, ideal for hiking and panoramic views. Villa della Porta Bozzolo, about 30 minutes away, is a splendid historic residence nestled in the woods.

Finally, in 35 minutes you can reach the Rocca di Angera, a medieval castle on Lake Maggiore, featuring stunning views and a doll museum. Switzerland is just 10 km away: in less than 20 minutes, you can reach Lugano or begin exploring the Canton of Ticino. All within easy reach from Varese.
