We were able to find a parking spot in the garage but be warned there are only a few and it's first come first serve. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The location is in Fiumelatte, a 20-ish minute walk to Varenna which we were happy to do every day. The apartment amenities are basic but fine and comfortable and clean. My only real complaint is there was no Wifi network as advertised. And I did not hear back when I emailed about it. It is in Fiumelatte not Varenna. Fiumelatte is a very isolated place not on the Eurail pass list or the main train route. There are no shops at all for getting snacks or supplies. The patio is not private as it looks in the photos and it is not directly on the water as it also looks in photos. The pullout bed was not a real bed and the room was extremely noisey at night. There was no wi-fi as advertised. The maintenance person offered another wi-fi access code but the reception was so poor it couldn't be accessed. The TV could not be plugged in as it required an extension cord. The only extension cord was also needed in the kitchen for the jug and microwave which was impractical. I would not recommend if you want somewhere with something to do.
