"This was a very peaceful and convenient location, very accessible and well connected to shops, restaurants,facilities and attractions in this beautiful area. The house was clean and very well supplied with all our needs. The only improvements would be more working space in the kitchen and a walk in shower but these would be difficult to achieve with the available space. Overall this is an excellent holiday cottage and we throughly enjoyed our week here. Pierre and Shetland were always kind and helpful and on hand to help when needed without being intrusive"

"Would have no problem staying here again the location is ideal/beautiful, the property is clean throughout and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated but after a long days walk I was more than happy to find this hotel. The breakfast was basic but also very good. The only problem I had was the size of the shower it was difficult to get washed. Anyone who has installed a second shower at 600x600 into a downstairs bathroom will know what I mean. That said it’s a small issue and if I am ever back in this lovely town I would have no hesitation in staying here again."

More choice for food in the evening would be helpful but what we had was ok although one night it was cold. However a great hôtel and we would stay there again."
