The spacious 108 m² living area offers plenty of room for up to four people to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday by the North Sea. You’re just about 800 metres from the nearest sandy beach and the North Sea; shopping is easily accessible 600 metres away, and there’s a restaurant right nearby, about 150 metres away.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is modernly equipped and perfect for cooking and dining together. Here you’ll find a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, as well as a coffee maker and all kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. The adjacent dining area with a dining table is perfect for social meals, while the cosy sofa corner with comfortable seating and a TV provides a variety of entertainment options. The entire apartment features tile floors, which not only lend an elegant style but also provide comfortable underfloor heating.

Families in particular will appreciate the child-friendly amenities: Babies and children are welcome; all windows have privacy screens and fly screens, and the apartment is designated as a non-smoking area. The two bedrooms each offer cosy retreats; a desk is available for work or creative pursuits. A full-length mirror, chest of drawers, coat rack, shoe cabinet, and clothes rack ensure everyday comfort. The modern heat pump heating system ensures a comfortable living environment year-round; a vacuum cleaner is available if needed.
