"Hot tub was cold and my room was out of soaps and conditioner in the shower. Not filled till the next night. Free breakfast was a step above decent but juices were out and yogurt was sour when I went once out of 4 nights. Went late once and missed the waffles but that was my fault "

"Thins walls, I could hear the entire conversation of the person next door. Aside from that bed was comfy, rooms were clean, ac worked. Great location for a Disney trip. "

"Both the pool and the hot tub were closed, there was no mention of this when we booked and part of the reason we booked there was because of those amenities. The bus no longer picks up for Disneyland, not the hotels fault but again very disappointing. Lastly we had fleas in our room. This is a pet friendly hotel, so we can see why it could happen, but they need to make sure they treat the carpets regularly. Staff was lovely and very friendly. All in all, I am not sure we will stay again."
