The hotel was perfect, from the location, its right near toy story parking lot or even walk by foot to Disneyland for 20 min… the room was clean, staff was amazing and the breakfast was varied and tasty.

Rooms 307 and 309 were excellent. We had our 5 boys in one room and the hubby and I in the other. Very spacious, clean and definitely appreciated the 2 TV’s. Breakfast was amazing. The fresh coffee day or night was certainly appreciated. The front staff displayed excellent customer service. The kitchen staff and room attendants were all so kind and always smiling. Plenty of parking on the grounds.

Shower had little to no pressure, wasnt able to control AC temperature, forks in room were dirty as well as plates, and hot tub smelled like feet and urine. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Pretty big room, lack of lighting in bathroom, good breakfast. Breakfast area was very clean and staff was super attentive to low stocked items.

Liked: staff all over the property were awesome. Front desk was super helpful and always said “hi”when you left or came back. Breakfast staff stood out the most…very friendly, always on top of refilling and cleaning and it’s a super busy breakfast room….excellent hospitality and service! Only complaint is our room smelled musty/smokey and the air conditioner made a weird (low volume) noise but that’s about it. Distance to Disney, Target, Walgreens/CVS, restaurants and amenities around the resort area can’t be beat. I would recommend staying here to anyone traveling to the Anaheim area.

This property is worth staying at to visit Disney. It's a 10-minute walk to catch the Tram to Disneyland park. There's plenty of space inside the rooms. It comes with a kitchen. Breakfast is okay, but it's free.

I liked the hotel and staff they were awesome! What I didn’t like was when booking it gives a generic notice “parking fees” I’m sorry as a customer that picked your hotel the first car should be free parking and anything after that should be charged and notice that it is $40 a day per vehicle, also I had no idea that there would be tourist charges either which were not much but I can’t imagine being a single person just trying to spoil my kids and then find out later there’s an extra $200 dollar charge. That was my only issue overall stay I’d give it a 5 star.
