Le logement est très bien situé proche du centre ville de Vannes à pieds. L'appartement en lui même est propre mais commence à être un peu vieillissant. En revanche les draps proposés en suppléments par le service conciergerie laisse à désiré. Les draps des deux lits étaient dans un état vieillissant et ne justifie pas le prix de 20 euros par lit.
