Wonderful hotel! Clean and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, there must have been a staff door or something close to where we stayed because we could hear a door open/close all night. Other than that it was a fantastic place to stay!

I like the place. It was good decent stay. Staff was really nice. The only think that I would have difficulty was washroom was only one for whole floor sharing and kind of occupied most of the time so if there would have more sharing washroom on floor that would have given comfertable stay.

Converted YWCA but in beautiful condition. Best value in Vancouver during high season. Great location for both Amtrak and Port of Vancouver. Staff exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We stayed only one night after long cruise but we delighted with location, room, staff and cleanliness. Thank you Hotel Willo staff!

We had a wonderful stay at Vilo Hotel in Vancouver. The staff was very kind, respectful, and helpful. A special thank you to the housekeeping lady on the 5th floor—she did an amazing job and kept our room very clean. We checked out on July 23 and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
