We stayed here with our children and had a great stay. Very clean and bright. A few minor things came up but Hubert was wonderful to deal with and had it fixed quickly. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
We loved the condo for our two night stay. It was very clean, with plenty of space for the two of us. Check in was easy with the access code to the lock box and key provided through text, including photos of the building and where to park. It was nice having an assigned underground parking spot, so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Free wifi, coffee maker, and other extras were great. Would stay here again.
Nice apartment in safe area of Surrey that was excellent as a place to stay for Vancouver metro day excursions. Excellent location balanced for ferry to Vancouver Island and driving back to Seattle, and adequate for Vancouver and North Vancouver. Everything overall was clean, quality, safe, and worthy. Only criticism was pillows were inadequate, really recommend higher quality or double to triple the quantity.
The ground floor appartement is wonderful and exactly the same as posted. Underground parking and the elevator makes life easy. The host is very responsive to all the questions that we have. For German tourists like us, who did not want to stay in the city center,was it a perfect fit. Shops, restaurants, Superstores are within a 5-10 minutes drive. Shopping mall in Tsawwassen and the Crescent Bay Marina for whale watching tours are a 30 min. drive. Excellent.
The location is fantastic, really close to lots of things. The check in process what a little tricky, I probably should have reviewed the process of checking in prior to arriving. The host was really good about getting back to me and ensured things went smoothly. The bedding was a little cheap and the air conditioner unit in the master room is pretty loud, so overall not a great sleep. For the price, it was decent though.
Great location. Clean and not in a state of disrepair. Could benefit from better mattresses and water pressure in the showers.One mattress in particular was collapsed on one side.Nonetheless good value. Comms with property manager were good.
The place is clean and quiet. Communicating with the host was easy and fast response. He was so nice to allow us check in early and drop off our luggages. We enjoyed our staying and would recommend if you are looking for a place in the area.

Da wir von Deutschland aus gebucht hatten und wir leider auf die schönen Bilder hereinfielen, waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Nach dem Einchecken haben wir Kontakt mit dem Verwalter aufgenommen. Dieser reagierte zwar schnell, aber die Antworten waren sehr unbefriedigend.
Wir bemängelten fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten und TVs in den Schlafzimmern, gefährliche IKEA-Stühle (waren nur sehr locker verschraubt bzw. Schrauben waren teilweise nicht vorhanden)
Die Antworten des Verwalters waren wie folgt:

In allen Schlafzimmern waren die Vorbereitungen für TVs getroffen - leider waren nur leere Kartons in den Schränken zu finden.

Desweiteren gibt es weder Kabel noch Satellit für den einzigen TV. Man ist auf einen Streaming-Account angewiesen - sofern man einen hat und dieser in Kanada auch geht......
Die Küche ist extrem sparsam ausgestattet. Kaffee und Toast sind schon möglich.....

Handtücher für 3 Personen waren vorhanden: 7 Duschtücher, 2 normale Handtücher und 2 Gesichtstücher.
Ganz wichtig: im Haus befindet sich auch eine Metzgerei mit Küche. Da diese anscheinend auch an das Lüftungssystem der Wohnung angeschlossen ist, wird eines der Schlafzimmmer auch zur indischen Küche.. Sehr angenehm.....
