ENTIRE MAIN HOUSE INCLUDES: Sleeping Arrangements: • 1 King Bed • 4 Queen Beds Bathrooms: • 2 Full Bathrooms •. 1 Half Bathroom Amenities: • Washer & Dryer • Brand new furniture • Kitchen with appliances including microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, air fryer, and dishwasher, with plenty of dish-ware & utensils • Coffee machine with complimentary pods • High-speed internet • Two Smart TVs • Self check-in • Air conditioning & heating • Backyard with swing set CAPACITY: This suite is equipped to sleep 10 people comfortably; however, it has the capacity to sleep 12 if you utilize the sofas. You will have access to the entire main house and the small yard. NEIGHBOURHOOD: Located in a serene and tranquil neighbourhood, this family-friendly home offers convenient access to ensure a comfortable stay. A completely separate unit is rented downstairs, which has no access to the main house. Lawn care is done weekly. HOUSE RULES: • No Parties: Fines may apply for any noise complaints or disturbances. If you have questions about the rules, please message us for clarification. PAYMENT TERMS: 1\. Deposit: • A 50% deposit is required 30 days prior to your stay to secure your booking. 2\. Remaining Balance: • The remaining 50% is due 14 days before check-in. 3\. Non-Refundable Processing Fee: • A 5% non-refundable processing fee applies to each transaction. 4\. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations follow our standard policy. Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.
