The Space:

Welcome to a home where vintage charm meets everyday comfort. This spacious top-floor suite celebrates the character of a classic Vancouver war-era home, with inviting interiors, thoughtful details, and plenty of room to settle in.



**Restful Bedrooms**

The suite features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen. Both include blackout curtains, generous closet space, and dressers to help you unpack and feel at home.



**Living & Working**

After a day exploring Vancouver, kick back in the living room, where two additional guests can be accommodated for a total capacity of six. Enjoy your favourite shows on the Smart TV, stay connected with Wi-Fi, or make use of the dedicated desk if work calls during your stay.



**Kitchen & Dining**

The recently updated kitchen combines modern convenience with the home's original character. You'll find cookware, utensils, and the essentials for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. Gather around the spacious dining table to share a meal, plan your next adventure, or enjoy a slow morning together.



**A Little Outdoor Escape**

Just off the kitchen, a covered, south-facing back porch offers a lovely spot for morning coffee or a quiet afternoon outdoors. The porch is shared with the neighbouring unit, so please be mindful of other residents while enjoying the space.



**A Convenient Location**

With grocery stores, transit stops, and a charming café right downstairs, everyday essentials are close at hand. It's an easy home base for discovering Vancouver, whether you're visiting for work, a weekend away, or a longer stay.



**Travelling with a Pet?**

Well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee of $99 per pet. Please let us know about your pet before booking so we can help make the stay comfortable for everyone.

Guest Access:

Private space, entire place. Includes outdoor patios that are open to the public off the street but feels extremely private being up top with a semi-shared covered patio (only with other tenants next door).

Welcome to Marpole, a welcoming South Vancouver neighbourhood with a relaxed local vibe, independent cafés, neighbourhood shops, and convenient access to the rest of the city.



A local favourite is East Café, a community hub known for its coffee, creative atmosphere, and lively events. Depending on the schedule, you may find live music, jazz and jam sessions, open mic nights, comedy, and creative workshops. Check their event calendar during your stay to see what’s happening!



With convenient connections to downtown Vancouver, Richmond, and the airport, Marpole is a great home base for exploring the city while experiencing a more local side of Vancouver.

By SkyTrain: Marine Drive Station on the Canada Line connects you to downtown Vancouver, Richmond, and Vancouver International Airport (YVR), making it a practical option for sightseeing and airport transfers.



Local Bus Service: Several routes serve the surrounding area, including the 10 Granville, 17 Oak, and 100 Marine Drive. These provide connections to nearby neighbourhoods, shopping areas, and other transit hubs.



Travelling by Car: Major routes nearby make it convenient to explore Vancouver's beaches, restaurants, shopping districts, and attractions at your own pace.
