I am most disappointed to learn that your time with us was well below the expectation that we at the Executive Suites Hotel always try to provide. Certainly, this is not typical of the level of service and accommodations for which our hotel is well known for, and I wish to extend our most sincere apologies for your inconvenience. We do have all and any sporting teams that when staying with us read over and sign a waiver regarding our no noise policy. We also have a security company on premise patrolling the hotel and the hallways. If any Guests call down with any mention of noise we immediately have it addressed. We definitely will pass on your feedback to our Housekeeping Supervisor and have your comment shared and looked at. I see you were charged for the movie and will makes sure this charge is credited back to you. Our outside movie system is an up-to-date system and new release movies (that are still in theatres or just released) come with the 25.00 price tag. We do value all feedback both good and bad and by researching all your comments we had no record of any of it. If you do happen to stay with us again please feel free to communicate any issues you have with Reception so we can address any issues and correct problems should they occur as we want all our Guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. Hello Diana,I am sorry that there was an error on your booking, but, I am happy that we were able to correct it for you right away.I can assure you that the pool and hot tub are heated but I am sorry that it was not what you were expecting. The hot tub is clean and is power washed on a regular basis (it is drained every Monday and serviced), the reason it has a sand colour on the bottom is because of the non-slip coating that was used when it was put into use for the season.Glad that you were comfortable and that you had a nice visit.Have a wonderful day.

Hello Luciano,We lots of our guests rate the hotel rooms and property very highly. I am sorry that you do not feel the same.As for the concerns that you outlined we do sell bottled water in the lobby level. We have both a beverage and snack machine available for guests. We do not offer slippers and don't advertise that we do. Our fitness area is large, bright and has new equipment. There are multiple treadmills, bicycles and other equipment. I am sorry if these were not sufficient for your workout needs.Have a wonderful day.

Coffee is also available in our in-house restaurant 'Acqua' (as well as Breakfast) from 6:30am - 9:30am weekdays. We do also have a snack vending machine in the Lobby. We are sorry to hear that you were unaware of these options and do hope that you will stay with us again.

Thank you for staying with us Katherine. I am sorry to see and confused by you giving s a 2/5 rating, however. You complain about an early check-in not being allowed, yet you did receive a complimentary early check-in. I can see in our system that you were checked in at 2:30pm with no additional fees, yet our check-in time is 3:00pm. I can also see that free parking was granted, due to you complaining at check-in that you were unaware of a parking fee, even though our 12 nightly parking fee is clearly stated on Expedia.Please call the Hotel, if you wish to make it a bit more clear for us as to why you have given us such a low rating.
