  • Our home is centrally located just two blocks from Cambie St in the heart of Vancouver. Restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and shops are only a 5-minute walk away. 10min walk to the skytrain for access to downtown Vancouver, BC Place, and the airport conveniently without a car.

    The home has living, dining, kitchen, and free street parking. Offering over 2,000 square feet of space, with three spacious private bedrooms for a comfortable stay.

    The space
    The house includes a living, dining, kitchen, and full bath on the main floor. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms and full bath. The backyard has a spacious deck with outdoor furniture and garden to enjoy the beautiful Vancouver sun.

    Full sized appliances including washer and dryer in the basement, stove/oven, and fridge.

    There is free street parking right outside the house.

    Guest will have the whole upper floor to themselves, including 3 private bedrooms and 1 private bathroom

    The lower floor includes a living room, dining room, shared kitchen and shared full bath. There is one private room for the long term tenant that will share the kitchen and bathroom.
